Terms and Agreements

Order Confirmation Agreement:
Order confirmations are automatically sent to the billing email address given by you during checkout. If upon placing your order online, you don't receive an email confirmation within 48 hours please contact us immediately at
800-440-5121
or email us at service@shopcandelabra.com.  Upon receiving your order confirmation via email please review all aspects of the order for data accuracy; you have 24 hours from the time you receive the order confirmation to make any correction to the items listed on the order. If after the 24 hours you wish the items on the order changed, we will attempt to make the change with the manufacturer, if the order cannot be changed with the manufacturer, there will be a 30% restocking fee charged.  Orders should not be considered changed, unless you receive from Candelabra, Inc., a confirmation email outlining the changes you requested, which you will only receive upon our verification with the manufacturer that the order has been changed. Upon receiving this email confirmation, you will be required to reply to the change order as verification by you of the changes.

Delivery Timeline:
Candelabra, Inc. carries many items that are in stock and available for shipment.  Candelabra Inc. also carries items that are specialty items that are special ordered through its manufacturers.  Some of these special orders can take from 60 to 90 days for delivery.  Candelabra, Inc. does not guarantee any specific time for delivery and is sometimes at the discretion of its manufacturer’s products availability.   Candelabra, Inc. will not give a refund for special ordered or backordered items.  Candelabra, Inc. representatives may give a “best estimated” timeline for delivery of product, however this estimate is not guaranteed.

Return Policy:
All items returned must be in new condition and in their original packaging for resale. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 7 days from receipt. Items that have been installed cannot be returned.  A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Shipping charges are not refundable and all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Your credit card will be issued any credits due upon inspection by Candelabra, Inc. Please contact Candelabra, Inc. for a return materials authorization (RMA) at

or via e-mail at service@shopcandelabra.com prior to shipping anything back. All returns must have a RMA number enclosed in order to insure proper crediting, and must be shipped fully insured.  Please ship all returns to:  Candelabra Inc.  404 Coleman Boulevard, Mount Pleasant SC 29464.

Cancellation of Orders:
You have 24 hours from the time the order is placed to cancel the order for a full refund.  Please cancel any orders by emailing your cancellation to service@shopcandelabra.com.   If after the 24 hours you wish the order cancelled, we will attempt to cancel the order with the manufacturer, if the order cannot be cancelled with the manufacturer, there will be a 30% restocking fee charged.  Orders should not be considered cancelled by you, unless you receive from Candelabra, Inc., a cancellation confirmation email, which you will only receive upon our verification with the manufacturer that the order has been cancelled.

Shipping within the continental United States:
All Shipping charges are added at the time of checkout while utilizing our online Shopping Cart.    Higher priority shipping methods are available for an additional cost; contact our customer service department at 1-800-440-5121 or via e-mail at service@shopcandelabra.com for a price quote.

Shipping outside the continental United States:
 A Candelabra customer service representative will calculate all shipping charges outside of the United States by calling 1-800-440-5121.   At that time, the customer can either accept the shipping charge or cancel the order without penalty. Candelabra, Inc. is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or fee's including Brokerage fee's that are associated with any purchases made outside of the United States; these added charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Shipment or Defects in Merchandise:
When you receive your product, inspect carefully to confirm no damages. If product has been damaged, be sure that it is noted by the carrier on all shipping documents, REFUSE SHIPMENT and contact Candelabra, Inc. immediately at 1-800-440-5124 or by e-mail at service@shopcandelabra.com.   Any claims for merchandise defects must be made through our customer service department at 1-800-440-5121 or by e-mail at service@shopcandelabra.com within 3 days after receipt of merchandise. We will send a replacement part or replace the entire fixture at our discretion. No refund on broken fixtures, if you choose to return a broken fixture without requesting replacement, there will be a 30% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must have a RMA number enclosed in order to insure proper crediting, and must be shipped fully insured.

Shipping Errors:
All claims for shipping errors must be made through our customer service department at 1-800-440-5121 or by e-mail at service@shopcandelabra.com within 3 days after receipt of merchandise. Any shipping cost associated with shipping errors will be the responsibility of Candelabra, Inc.

Sales Tax:
Candelabra, Inc. is a registered corporation in the State of South Carolina and is responsible for collecting 6.5% state sales tax on all orders shipped within the state. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate this tax on all orders shipped within the state of South Carolina.
